As part of Navori Labs’ ongoing dynamic growth, we are looking for a hands-on Application Support resource with exceptional contact skills to provide 1st and 2nd level support to Navori’s customers. This a unique opportunity to join an established global leader in the digital signage and analytics software industries. You will be part of an already-established global support team, driving innovation and customer success.

About the role:

You will report to the Customer Services Director. More specifically, you will be called upon to accomplish the following:

  • Provide technical support while ensuring dedicated and personalized follow-up with our European customers and partners with a special focus on France: requiring analysis, troubleshooting, and reproduction of scenarios in the lab.
  • Setup of tests environments to replicate more advanced issues while collaborating with the technical teams to resolve them.
  • Conduct of demos and trainings to customers and prospects and ensure the pristine of our Training and Innovation Center (showroom).
  • Periodically assist with pre-sales activities as needed.
  • Participate in trade shows and meetings on clients’ / partner’s sites.
About you:

You ideally hold

  • A S./M.S. in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems or equivalent.
  • At least 3 years of experience in a similar role and industry in an international setting.
  • A unique combination of technical knowledge and “people” skills.
  • Strong ability to multitask and prioritize multiple open issues in a timely fashion.
  • Highly autonomous and entrepreneurial mindset.
  • Fluency in English and French. German and Spanish are a strong plus.
IT/technical-specific skills:
  • Ability to interact with and describe the use of APIs.
  • JavaScript, C#, .NET, HTML5, SQL experience.
  • Technical working knowledge of MS Windows Server, IIS, SQL, MS Azure.
  • Network knowledge (Domain, LAN, and Proxies).
  • Knowledge in video editing and related key concepts (encoding, format, encapsulation).
The location:

Our office is well located in the center of Lausanne. Our office features an interactive product showroom from where demos are made. The candidate will have the chance to learn from a collaborative team and quickly become an expert in our products.
