Navori Labs has seen its revenues increase year over year. The company invests heavily and continuously in R&D to maintain a high level of competitiveness both in terms of quality and finances. The results of the work of the Management Controller (m/f) will allow a precise, operational, and strategic piloting of the company in full growth.  

Las principales misiones  

With experience in a similar role at the group level, you will support the management in the financial planning of investments, ensure the monitoring of these and carry out performance analyses. In close collaboration with the Management of the Administration and Finance department, you will be responsible for  

  • Optimize the flow of financial information and the internal information system;  
  • Organize the cost accounting and support the closing of accounts (monthly and annual closings);  
  • Consolidate and analyze key figures of the income statement and balance sheet according to the regulations in force in each entity to ensure the validation of audits;  
  • Produce financial reports on indicators that allow the understanding of the economic evolution of Navori;  
  • Build and review budgets for each department with the relevant managers on a multi-year basis;  

You will be recognized for your ability to convey accurate and important information that will serve Navori’s objectives.  

Key competencies   

  • Have a Bachelor’s/Master’s degree and/or a Swiss Federal Diploma in Finance and Controlling;  
  • Good knowledge of accounting;  
  • Master the office automation tools that are essential to your activity (spreadsheet, database, accounting software, etc.);  
  • Master the analysis and processing of accounting and financial information;  
  • Know how to synthesize information and have a good financial pedagogy;  
  • Act as a Business Partner to understand the needs/specificities of each department and translate the company’s strategy into a financial plan;  

In order to guarantee your added value in this role, you will need to be very rigorous, and pragmatic and have a strong ability to analyze accounting situations. Your strong interpersonal and communication skills, both internally and with auditors and other institutions, are recognized in French and English.
