- All non-essential travel has been cancelled.
- Our sales staff and support personnel have been asked to work remotely – simply call the usual phone number and you will be forwarded to the right person.
- Anyone who requires assistance or wishes to register a support request should open a Support Ticket on the Navori Extranet. Once your ticket is received, it will be assigned to a support technician for follow-up.
- Our engineering team is continuously monitoring the health of our SaaS network so you can expect the same levels of service as usual during this outbreak.
